ToolsNowPro is a free collection of browser-based tools for creators, developers, and small businesses. Every tool runs entirely in your browser — no files are uploaded, no account is needed, nothing expires.
A useful toolkit, one principle
Open the page. Use the tool. Done. No signup form, no email confirmation, no "upgrade to download".
Most online tools make you create an account before you can use them. Then they send marketing emails. Then they put the useful features behind a paywall. Then the QR codes you made stop working because you didn't upgrade.
We disagree with all of that. ToolsNowPro exists to prove that useful tools don't need to be complicated or extractive. The QR codes you generate here are static — they'll work for as long as the destination URL exists, with no subscription keeping them alive. The images you convert never leave your device. The passwords are generated locally and never transmitted anywhere.
The site includes sponsored links and may display advertising to support its free tools.
Our guides are written to solve a specific task, not to pad a page with keywords. That means each article explains the problem, shows the workflow, and links to the tool that actually does the job. We avoid scraped content, spun text, and filler sections that do not help a real visitor.

What we publish
We publish tool pages, practical guides, quick-reference cheat sheets, and explainers that help people finish a task faster. Each page is built around a clear user intent: generate a code, convert a file, find a value, choose a setting, or understand a concept.
When we write a guide, we start with the question a real person would ask. Then we answer it with steps, examples, related links, and a direct call to the tool. The article should still be useful even if the visitor never clicks an ad or affiliate link.
How to check a tool and its guide
Our updated JSON, color, and PDF guides provide reproducible inputs or settings and describe the current implementation’s limits. Compare the result with the example before using it for important work. A syntax check does not validate an API schema; a color conversion does not assess a whole interface; and a PDF conversion does not guarantee lossless image quality.
When reporting a bug, include the tool URL, browser, input or file dimensions, selected settings, expected result, and actual result. Use a non-sensitive sample that someone else can reproduce.
How we write pages
We keep the structure simple and consistent so visitors can scan quickly. Most pages include an explanation of the task, a short workflow, common mistakes, and related pages that continue the topic. We prefer short paragraphs and concrete examples over broad claims.
We also link pages together in a way that helps people move through the site. If someone reads about a color code, they should be able to reach the color picker. If someone needs placeholder text, they should find the Lorem Ipsum generator without getting lost in unrelated content.
What we avoid
We avoid scraped content, copied definitions with no added value, hidden text, keyword stuffing, auto-generated pages with no purpose, and pages that exist only to display ads. We also avoid publishing pages that are still unfinished or difficult to navigate.
Every page should provide a meaningful answer, complete sentences, and enough detail to stand on its own. If a page is not useful without context, we keep improving it until it is.
How ads fit in
Ads help pay for hosting and development so the tools can remain free. They do not decide what we publish, and they do not change the actual instructions or tool output. If a page feels useful to a human reader first, then it belongs on the site.

What data we collect
ToolsNowPro collects minimal data. We do not require account registration and do not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or passwords through normal tool use.
When you use our tools, all processing happens in your browser. Text you enter into the case converter, images you load into the image converter, and QR code content are never transmitted to our servers.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how long visitors stay. The site records page visits and tool-use events (opening a tool, copying a result, or downloading). These events do not include tool input, filenames, or generated values. Google may process device, network, and usage information. You can turn optional analytics off using the footer control. We also respect the browser’s Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Existing Google cookies are managed through your browser settings.
Advertising
The site includes disclosed affiliate links. Google AdSense loads only after you choose Consent. If you choose Do not consent, the advertising script is not added on later visits. You can change that choice from Ad settings in the footer. A browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal is treated as do not consent. When ads are allowed, Google may use cookies to measure them and, where permitted, personalise them. Manage Google’s ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
Cookies
The site stores saved tool IDs, recent tool IDs, your analytics preference, and your advertising choice in local storage. It does not automatically save your tool inputs. Google services may set cookies as described in Google’s privacy policy. You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings.
Contact messages
When you use the contact form, your email application opens with the message addressed to info@webpagesolutions.ee. Your email provider handles delivery; ToolsNowPro does not receive the message through the website itself. Contact messages are separate from tool inputs. Do not include passwords or sensitive files in a message.
Third parties
We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties through the contact form. Your email provider may process the message when you choose to send it.
Children
ToolsNowPro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Use of tools
ToolsNowPro provides free browser-based tools as a service. You may use all tools for personal and commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership of any content you create using our tools — QR codes, converted images, generated passwords, or usernames are entirely yours.
Availability
We aim to keep ToolsNowPro available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice.
Prohibited use
- You may not use ToolsNowPro to create QR codes or content that facilitates illegal activity, fraud, or harassment
- You may not scrape, DDOS, or otherwise abuse our service
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our tools for commercial redistribution
Disclaimer
ToolsNowPro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee that generated usernames are available on any platform or free of trademark claims. We do not guarantee that QR codes will work if the destination URL changes or expires.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.
